Chandler Hall's 16th year of gourmet tastings Get ready for enticing culinary tastes and live music to fill the evening of October 4 when more than 25 restau rants, caterers, specialty shops, wincries and breweries set up their tasting stations for the 16th year of this event There will be an opportunity to show support through a silent and live auction, for the purpose of helping others. Culinary Classics will be held October 4, from 6 to 9:30 p.m., in the Wright Meeting Hall of Chandler Hall in Newtown. Chandler Ha founded by local Quaker Meetings in 1973, has been providing compassionate hospice pro- grams since the carly 80's. The hospice program pro vides compassionate alternatives for individuals facing terminal lness, with additional support for their families and loved ones. Proceeds from Culinary Classics make it possible for Chandler Hall to offer care to individuals in need regardless of their ability to cover the costs Tickets to the 2018 Culinary Classics are $125 before October 1, and $140 after and at the door. We also have young professional tickets for $75 cach for those who are 35 years of age and below. Gold, platinum and silver sponsorship opportunitics are still available.
