About

Souderton Adult Day Care Center’s mission is to serve older adults living at home in their communities. We provide respite for and support care givers who work outside of the home. We offer both full day and half day programs.

The center provides health monitoring by an R.N., nutritionally balanced meals, dignified personal assistance and therapeutic activities. Our professional nurse, program coordinator, and activities staff work in partnership with the participants and their families to deliver individualized service.
