Zaveta vice president, Travis Hutch- ison, said he couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the project and, moreover, the tremendous reception that Town's Edge has received. As it turns out, three Town's Edge buyers were previous owners of Zave- ta-built homes. In addition, most of the balance of the purchases are local and said that they have waited for a com- munity of this nature to come onto the scene. As to whether Zaveta has immedi ate plans to construct a Town's Edge sequeal, Hutchison said, "We are certainly excited to have produced this stand-alone community.
