Zaveta vice president, Travis Hutch- ison, said he couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the project and, moreover, the tremendous reception that Town's Edge has received. As it turns out, three Town's Edge buyers were previous owners of Zave- ta-built homes. In addition, most of the balance of the purchases are local and said that they have waited for a com- munity of this nature to come onto the scene. The purchasers had come from substantive homes and estates, and were seeking exceptional quality and finishes with a Doylestown lifestyle Hutchison said, "Several of the buy- ers were immediately enamored with the strong presence of traditional Bucks County materials that have been fash- ioned into the refined lifestyle and pres entation that they have been seeking." As to whether Zaveta has immedi ate plans to construct a Town's Edge sequeal, Hutchison said, "We are certainly excited to have produced this stand-alone community.
