In addition to the Logan, RCFA has worked with Landmark Properties on the Hotel Du Village just down the road, and The Mansion Inn, which will be complete in 2020. The landscape along the Delaware River has been transformed with a renaissance of restaurants. With several new or renovated restaurants and food halls designed by Ralph Fey Architects, the town is energized by the reemergence of quality spaces and culinary culture, bringing more guests downtown every day. There is the hip and trendy Nektar, attracting a younger crowd for cocktails and cuisine, with its transitional contem- porary architecture. Meanwhile, the historic Logan Inn's enclosed wrap around porch is being reopened to bring it back to its original design. The porch enclosure and timber- frame structure are being removed. A conservatory and 22 room addition will be nestled in alongside the building.
