The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center CONGRATULATES Bucks County Commissioners Chairman Robert G. Loughery, Vice Chairman Charles H. Martin, and Diane M. Ellis-Marseglia Recipients of the 2018 Entrepreneur's Champion Award in recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the advancement of biotech entrepreneurship in the region. The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center will host its annual Entrepreneurs Spot light on July 20, 2018. At a special ceremony following the Entrepreneurs Spot- light, the Bucks County Commissioners, Chairman Robert G. Loughery, Vice Chairman Charles H. Martin, and Diane M. Ellis-Marseglia, will be recognized for their work in promoting life science innovation in Bucks County. The Commissioners are being recognized for their significant contributions to life sciences business development in Bucks County. They are the creators of VC4BC, an investment vehicle for small start-up companies that has benefitted many of the growing businesses at the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center Baruch S.
