The Church of Christ, Scientist includes branch Churches of Christ, Scientist as well as smaller organizations called Christian Science Societies. They’re all branches of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. The Church Manual provides the basis for all the activities of a branch. It covers requirements such as maintaining a foundation of spiritual healing, democratic church government, and the order of services. Today branch churches and societies are located in over 75 countries.
