Jack J. Hetherington, Esquire of Chalfont, PA has once again been nominated and included in the 2009 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Listing for Elder Law Attorneys. Representing clients since 1977, Jacks has been Certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation since 1993. He has written and spoken on many of the subjects now known as "Elder Law," planned and presented numerous continuing legal education programs by Pennsylvania Bar Institute, National Organization of Social security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), National Academy of Elder Law attorneys (NAELA), Bucks County Bar Association, Alzheimer's Association, and other professional educational organizations. He is an adjunct professor at Bucks County Community College, teaching Elder Law.
